Terms and Conditions for Podcast Editing Packages

1. Agreement Duration

1.1. All packages commitments are based on times agreed between client and service provider. The term begins on the date the first payment is received.
1.2. The agreement is non-cancellable within the term unless agreed upon by both parties in writing.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. Payment is required in advance for each package.
2.2. Payments must be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other agreed payment methods.

3. Deliverables

3.1. Deliverables include the services outlined in the chosen package.
3.2. Requests for podcast support must be submitted with a clear brief and all required assets including an agreed-upon shoot schedule.
3.3. Deliverables will be provided within the timelines specified in the package details, provided the brief and necessary materials are received promptly.
3.4. Confirmation of the expected timeline will be communicated at the point of briefing and agreed upon by both parties.

4. Revisions

4.1. Jump Start and Crank it packages include up to two rounds of revisions, provided the request is within the scope of the original brief.
4.1.2 The Rapid and Remote option does not include any revisions.
4.2. Additional revisions or changes beyond the scope of the brief may incur additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. Clients must supply any required materials, such as additional footage, scripts, or branding assets, on time.
5.2. Failure to provide materials on time may result in delays.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1. Prepaid fees are non-refundable except in cases where the service provider is unable to deliver the agreed services unless it is within the 14 day cooling off period.
6.2. If the client wishes to terminate the agreement early, any outstanding fees for the full term will remain due unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6.3 Any cancellations made where studio space has had to be booked will be non-refundable unless the studio is able to refund.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Ownership of the final edited videos transfers to the client upon full payment.
7.2. The service provider retains ownership of any project files, templates, or stock footage used unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
7.3. The service provider retains the right to utilise finished videos within reels, case studies or showcases of their work as long as it does not conflict with term 9.1.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The service provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered videos.
8.2. Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services.

9. Confidentiality

9.1. The service provider will treat all client materials and information as confidential and will not share them without prior consent.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10.2. Any disputes arising under this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1. The service provider reserves the right to update these terms and conditions with prior notice.
11.2. Any changes will be communicated, and continued use of the service will imply acceptance of the updated terms.
